All orders ship from Augusta, GA  Monday- Saturday. Orders placed before 2 pm EST will be shipped the same day barring any unforeseen delays (weather delays, order verfication etc)

We ship USPS First Class or Priority Mail!

International Shipping 

We ship to Canada, United Kingdom and Australlia via DHL.  At this time we are not able to ship to any additional countries.  Any Duties and VAT is in the responsibility of the recipient and we do not allow for returns, exchanges or expedited orders  for International Orders

Returns & Exchanges

We offer exchanges & returns within 30 days of purchase.   In order to be eligible for a return or exchange, the individual bundles AND entire bundle must be in its original packaging.

Upon receipt of your return we will review and inspect that the hair is in its original condition and acceptable for return.  Rejected items will be sent back to you via First Class Mail.  All refunds are processed the following Friday after the return review.

Returns on Installed Hair 

Once hair has been unpackaged and installed, we cannot accept returns.  But we will be happy to find a solution that will make you happy!!
